My AC adapter was falling apart- when I would mash the wires together to create an energy current, it would cause sparks. When I laid it on the couch, Laura (rudely, ha) told me I couldn't put it there as it would light on fire (the couch that is, she wasn't worried about my well being).
So I bought a new one.
1) They are expensive
2) They were cheaper at Staples than Future Shop
3) This makes me feel like I have gotten a deal, and that it really wasn't that expensive of purchase (it still was).

Love cheaper things. that don't light my couch on fire. or me on fire.

Question: what do I do with my old AC adapter? As it has a no garbage symbol on it.
